Meet Dr. Jennifer Stark

Dr. Stark’s passion for plastic and reconstructive surgery was sparked as a teenager, when she met a man born with a severe congenital facial deformity. Seeing how deeply his physical differences affected his self-image and confidence moved Dr. Stark, and her calling was born.

A Florida native, she began her academic journey at the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science. She went on to receive her medical degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine.

She then pursued advanced surgical training in the Northeast, completing a rigorous five-year General Surgery residency followed by a three-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at St. Joseph's University Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident. Throughout her training, she was actively involved in plastic surgery research.
